About this course
From course-completer to industry-ready analyst. The single biggest gap facing today’s data-analyst graduates: they can write queries and build dashboards, but they have never experienced how the industry actually works — or how to prove it in an interview. This program closes that gap.
The core shift. From “practising skills” → experiencing industry reality — and getting hired. Students already have the tools. This program gives them the context, judgment, relationships and interview readiness that turn a course-completer into a hire.
Primary outcome. Land better jobs and internships. Every design decision — curated cohort, project realism, intensive interview preparation, expert hiring panels — serves this single measurable goal.
At a glance
Structure: Two 3-month parts, 12 sessions each (24 total)
Part 1 · Months 1–3: The Project Track — hands-on, industry-simulating projects
Part 2 · Months 4–6: Industry immersion + interview preparation (incl. 4 mock interviews)
Delivery: Hybrid · a mix of live sessions and take-home build work
Experts: 8–10 from the data domain; 2–3 from HR / finance / business
Running track: Soft skills & professional English — a clinic in every Friday session, plus all presentations and mock interviews in English
Through-line: One portfolio + full interview readiness, tested against real hiring standards
Four design principles
Simulate the full data flow, not just the analysis end. Students see where data is born (a transaction, a click, a signup), how it moves through pipelines and staging into a warehouse, how it is served to BI, and how it decays. They experience the journey rather than receiving a finished table.
Start with messy, multi-source, realistic data. Raw dumps that don’t match, with nulls, duplicates, inconsistent date formats and no documentation — exactly like a real handoff in your first week on the job.
Drive everything from a business scenario. Not “write a window function,” but “the VP thinks retention is dropping and needs a defensible answer by Thursday.” Technique becomes a means to a business end.
Prepare relentlessly for the hiring process. Great work only lands a job if the candidate can present it. Interviewing — and communicating in English — is treated as a trainable skill, with repeated mock interviews, a rehearsed question workbook and a soft-skills clinic in every session.
The 12 experts. Twelve practising experts, matched to where they are irreplaceable — injecting reality, running mock interviews and judging work — rather than re-teaching skills students already have. 8–10 data-domain experts own the Part 1 project stages and lead firesides, domain deep-dives, technical & case mock interviews and industry visits in Part 2. 2–3 HR / finance / business experts own the hiring sessions (15, 16), the behavioral mock interview (19) and the final panel (23) — the rare “how we hire” perspective.
Fees & payment plan — ৳50,000 BDT total. A pay-as-you-progress structure: a small commitment to start, a second instalment after the first month, and the majority paid only after you land the job — from your first three months of salary. The program succeeds when you do. ৳20,000 is paid during the program and ৳30,000 only after you are hired — 60% of the fee is success-based.
Instalment 1 · at enrolment — ৳10,000 BDT: paid when you join, to secure your seat in the cohort.
Instalment 2 · after 1 month — ৳10,000 BDT: paid one month into the program, once Part 1 projects are under way.
Instalment 3 · after getting the job — ৳30,000 BDT: paid only after you are hired — spread across your first three months of salary (৳10,000 per month).
Detailed terms, eligibility and the definition of a qualifying job placement are provided in the enrolment agreement.
