A practical, build-along course for HR, Admin, Training and L&D professionals who want to put AI to work on the job they already do. Eight live classes of 90 minutes each, every session ending with a deliverable you can use at your own organisation.
The course runs in three tracks. Classes 1–3 cover AI chatbots for workplace productivity — tool selection across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and DeepSeek, prompt engineering, a reusable prompt library, the full hiring cycle from manpower planning to onboarding, and training content, presentations and e-learning video. Classes 4–5 cover HR, admin and training analytics in Excel and Google Sheets — AI-assisted formulas, data cleaning, headcount and attrition analysis, the recruitment funnel, compensation and admin cost analysis, TNA, training effectiveness and management reporting. Classes 6–8 are applied project builds: four working AI assistants and automations, ending with a capstone presentation.
Responsible and ethical AI runs across every class — fairness and non-discrimination in hiring, transparency and candidate rights, privacy and data protection, accountability and human oversight, the ethics of people analytics, and writing your own AI use policy. Delivered in Bangla with English technical terms, on free tiers only, with no coding background required.
